Google Calendar: Use google calendar as your main calendar and have access to it from anywhere.  Create reminders of special dates, even create task lists of to do items.

Evernote: Use Evernote to organize your notes.  We talked about using a mobile phone with Evernote and sending email to and from your Evernote account.

Jott.com: This can be handy when you are on the go and can not type on your blackberry.  Just call the Jott number and leave your note or idea.  Then Jott can send your Evernote account or any other email address the typed out note or idea.

Roboform:  I highly recommend using Roboform as it is by far the best password manager out there.
